No hidden costs – Linen and exit clean are included in the nightly rate. Strictly no parties, events or loud groups. Noise must be kept to a minimum after 9pm out of respect for the neighbours who are very close. The garage is not accessible to guests, but you would be able to store a couple of bikes in the unlocked shed at the back of the house. There is parking space for up to 3 vehicles at the top of the driveway.
