When you walk into the living/kitchen area and master bedroom, you’re treated to the most stunning views of the Waikato River which is only metres away. On a clear day, sit on the balcony and take in the breath-taking views of the mountains in the distance.
The Watermark Apartments are in a prime location – walking distance to town, restaurants, café’s, supermarket, the lake, and all of our popular events such as Summer Concert and Ironman to name a few.
Boasting 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (including ensuite), this apartment can sleep up to 6 guests when using the sofa-bed.
From the end of October, through to the beginning of April, the heated swimming pool is available to use.
The apartment has an internal garage where you can park a vehicle and store bikes or sports gear.

House Rules and Information:
Parking: 2 x medium cars spaces in the garage. You are also allowed to park 1 x car in any of the available complex carparks. These aren’t allocated so you can select any carpark that is available. Parking is not permitted directly outside of the apartment, as it will block access to and from other apartments.
If you require bedding for the sofa-bed, you will need to let us know at least 7 days prior to your arrival.
Linen and exit clean included in the nightly rate.
STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups.
Noise must be kept to a reasonable level after 9pm out of respect for the neighbours who are very close. Noise disturbances will not be tolerated.
Only the number of guests on your booking are permitted at the property during your stay.
The house must be left tidy upon departure. Dishes must be washed, dried and put away.
All rubbish must be neatly bagged, all recycling must be sorted into the correct bins, and the BBQ must be left clean.
This is a smoke-free property.
No pets allowed.
A 2.3% surcharge is charged on all credit/debit card transactions.
