Immaculately presented, with plenty of space for up to 11 guests, this property boasts 4 generous sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Wake up to glorious views from the master bedroom, which has it’s own ensuite, and it’s own balcony. The fourth bedroom has a kitchenette with min-fridge, and coffee/tea making facilities. It is a fantastic set-up for a family with a couple of children.

There is plenty of parking in the internal double garage, plus additional parking space for the boat. The backyard is fully-fenced and offers space for the kids to play.

Bedding configuration is:
  • Master bedroom:  1x King & ensuite
  • Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen
  • Bedroom 3: 1x Queen + 1x Bunk with Single over Queen
  • Bedroom 4: 2x Single beds*

* Bedroom 4 – one of these is a trundler bed, but it is good quality. These can be put together to make a large bed. If you would like these made together as a large bed, you must let us know a least 7 days prior to arrival.

House Rules and Information

Strictly no parties, events or loud groups. Noise must be kept to a minimum after 9pm out of respect for the neighbours who are very close.

Spa-pool not to be used after 9pm out of respect for the neighbours.

There are security cameras at the entrance and exits of the property.

Only the number of guests on your booking are allowed at the property for the duration of your stay.

No pets.

No smoking.

The property must be left tidy. Dishes must be washed, dried and put away before departure, and all rubbish neatly bagged. The BBQ must be left clean.

Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who uses professionally laundered linen & towels.

Parking – 2 x off street parking + on street cul-de-sac parking. As the garage is set up for a games room, parking is not available in here.
