Main home has 1x King (master), 1x Queen, 2x Singles which can be made into 1x King bed.
The loft has 1x King bed which can be made as 2x Singles, plus there is 1x Double fold-out sofa bed in the living are of the loft.
This loft space is perfect for grandparent, teens, or parents with one or 2 young children who they need to sleep near to. This spacious home (302 square metres) sleeps up to 10 guests.
Wifi, Coffee machine, SKY TV, bedding, towels, tea, coffee, sugar, cooking oil etc all included.
Please note, there is currently no access to the garage. The property is not fully-fenced and there is a steep part of the section near one of the decks which you will need to be mindful of with young children.
Strictly no parties, events or loud groups permitted. Noise must be kept to a minimum after 9pm out of respect for the neighbours.
