Downstairs is an open plan fully kitted out kitchen, dining area and lounge which all seamlessly open up to both the front and rear decks. Down the hallway is one bedroom, a bathroom and the laundry.
Upstairs there is a further two bedrooms where you can enjoy the beautiful lake and mountain views from as well as the 2nd bathroom. The bunks are only suitable for children, so we allow a maximum of 6 adults per booking.
The geothermal hot tub is the perfect place for the kids to play or for a hot soak at the end of a busy day exploring all that Taupo has to offer. The jets do not work on the hot tub.
No hidden costs – bedding, towels and exit clean are included in the nightly rate.
This property is located in a quiet residential area and is strictly not suitable for loud groups, parties or events.

NB. Heatpump for heating, woodburner is not available for guest use.
The out-door hot tub stays empty. You will need to fill it when you wish to use it. It can take a couple of hours to fill.
Lockwood homes are known to creak. This is due to the wood expanding and contracting as the temperature changes. This is completely normal.

Bedding configuration: 1 x King, 1 x Queen, 2 x single bunks (4 singles) & 2 x single beds. We allow a maximum of 8 guests in total, but no more than 4 adults per stay.
