This single-level home boasts 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including ensuite. Featuring an open plan well-equipped kitchen and living area that leads out to the outdoor living area with BBQ. The fully fenced backyard ensures privacy and a safe space for children and a furry friend.

A leisurely 5-minute walk will get you to the lake or 11-minutes to the Two Mile Bay Sailing Club, where you can enjoy a beverage and woodfired pizza right on the lakes edge. For boating enthusiasts, there are a couple of nearby boat ramps, making it easy to bring along your boat or jet ski for some fun on the water.

Convenience is at your doorstep with local shops, including a convenience store, takeaways, and a restaurant, almost just over the back fence. Whether you’re planning a quiet night in or a quick trip to grab essentials, everything you need is within easy reach.

Bedding Configuration:
  • Bedroom 1 (master with ensuite): 1 x King
  • Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen
  • Bedroom 3: 1 x Queen
  • Bedroom 4: 2 x Single Beds (these can be made up together as 1 x King Bed upon request)

If you require the single beds to be made up together, please let us know at least 7 days prior to arrival.

Parking – 1 x internal garage parking + 2 x off street parking, including boat parking for a small to medium sized boat. 

House Rules and Information

Strictly no parties, events or loud groups. Noise must be kept to a minimum after 9pm out of respect for the neighbours who are very close.

Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate. The property must be left tidy. Dishes must be washed, dried and put away before departure, and all rubbish neatly bagged. The BBQ must be left clean.

Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who uses professionally laundered linen & towels.

Parking – 1 x internal garage parking + 2 x off street parking, including boat parking for a small to medium sized boat.

Security Cameras – There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes. There are security cameras at the entrance and exits of the property.

Only the number of guests on your booking are allowed at the property for the duration of your stay.

No pets.

No smoking.

Methamphetamine sensor – there is a sensor installed within the home that detects methamphetamine usage.
