Views Over Taupo

Before you book, it is important that you read through our strict guidelines – as this property will not suit all group types.
We allow a maximum of 6 adults per stay.
The house is very close to the neighbours, and we will not tolerate noise disturbances to the neighbours.
There are security cameras at the property.
This is strictly NOT a party house. Please do not book if you think that your group may be noisy.
This home provides spacious and comfortable living areas both inside and out. A large deck is a great place to lounge during your relaxing holiday and a covered alfresco dining area adjacent to the kitchen is perfect for evening entertaining. The ground level offers three bedrooms, one providing its own independent external access to a private courtyard. And a full bathroom. The upper level is where you will find the master bedroom with ensuite, a separate toilet and the main living areas. This is a warm home with double glazing and a heat pump and heat transfer system. There is also a wood burner should guests wish to provide their own firewood.

‘Views over Taupo’ offers plenty of off-street parking, with guests having access to the double internal garage and enough space to park a couple more cars or the family boat.
All linen and towels are provided for you. Exit clean is included in your nightly rate.
